Scheduled Maintenance

Where infrastructure is the backbone of your business, scheduled maintenance is a cost-effective prevention measure.

An agreed number of hours, billed at a discounted rate, are spent every month maintaining and checking the health of the IT environment.

This service also entitles the business access to discounted hourly rates for all other professional services and is covered by a Service Level Agreement.

Break-Fix

In the event of a hardware or software issue, Joyer will solve the problem on an as needed basis, charging time and materials.

This provides you access to the Joyer IT team to call on when needed.
